I just ?? going to JJS a. Very Very loving family everyone works together. So try them out and see for yourself for yourself. Just remember that every thing is not perfect But just try them...I've been going for 4 yrs.

Commitment follow up and feedback

This was the worst customer service I ever received from a auto shop. I think one of the owner of the show was named Justin. I dropped my car off to their shop around 9:00 on Tuesday for a AC inspection. He promised to call me back several times, never called me back. I had to call them back. He told me the work will be done in a few hours but never called and the shop was closed. I called them the next day to find out what was going on which was Wednesday. Justin told me he had to order a part in the car should be ready in a few hours and once again the one call me I finally called the shop around 4:00 p.m. on that day and the car was ready and I asked for the video of what was the problem. He promised to send me the video but never did. I'm a military veteran I will not recommend anyone from the armed forces are friends to this shop.

I've taken all of my vehicles to JJ's over the past 5 years. There have been issues that arrived, more than I would expect. However, J.J.'s have remained committed to rectifying the problem. I'm very hesitant to suggest any services to anyone as I know that we all can walk away with different experiences from one source. With that being said, I'm always honest about my experience with any company and I'm also sure to mention the things that allow me to trust in their commitment as well. Even with the issues, I continue to be consistent customer because they have been pretty good at redeeming themselves.

Fab. Greta customer service. Don't treat me like a dumb girl. Business is set up for 2024 lifestyles - easy to access on an app to schedule appointments, view receipts and previous work, and more - 100% easier and faster than paper businesses. I waited for my safety inspection to be completed, and it didn't take long, at all. They let me have a peek at my girls undercarriage while she was lifted, which helped elevate a few concerns I had about damage/rust from the previous owner. They didn't push to have the items that failed inspection fixed there, and listened when I said I have the parts and the knowledge to handle it. Exactly what I want from a shop that I will allow to touch my car, and I'm very picky about who gets to work on her.

They went out of their way to take me into the shop floor to visibly show me the problems they found with the car and also took some time to educate me on the process and how the remediations can help with the problems. So thank you guys!

After getting my Durango repaired, the system reset. After driving for a while, it found another issue. The team quickly identified it & resolved the issue in a couple of hours. We were back on the road & running smoothly!
