I appreciate the customer service. They are not only helpful but explain in detail and will work to help you understand the the inner working and/or problem. Thank you for the attention to detail given and I'm glad I chose that day to bring my car in for an oil change. Who knows what would have happened had I waited and not found out about "the problem" until it was too late. Thank you. I'll def be back......for an oil change when ready. TP

The staff are very professional and also pleasant to work with from the front desk to the back where the mechanics work. I love how they actually bring you to the back and show you what needs to be done or parts that need repair so that you can actually see it and verify instead just believing what they tell you. I had some major repair work where my vehicle had to be towed to the shop and they made sure that if I needed a ride home they were prepared to do it or if I needed a loaner vehicle because they kept my vehicle for more than a overnight. Thru still currently have my vehicle in their possession while I'm typing this. Will update final comments.

Quick professional service

Quick turnaround on fixing my car. The towing ftom another service took longer. Professional and friendly staff. Bonus was a clean waiting room with drinks and snacks. Although it did not matter given how quick my car was repaired and i was sent on my way.

As an alternative to taking my 10 year old BMW to the dealer, I checked out J.J. ASC and was pleasantly surprised that they provided quick and expedient service. I was greeted professionally with a smile from the owner's son and was offered a complimentary ride and return trip to my residence while my car was being worked on. I highly recommend them for customer service for your automobile needs and a friendly smile.

This was my first time here. I enjoyed everything encounter i had with each individual. From setting up the appointment over the phone, to the second phone conversation, to the moment I stepped inside the shop (the front desk greeting and keeping me involved in every step), to the visual explanation of everything, to receiving a loaner, to the final work and picking up my car. Jeremy was my technician and he exceeding my expectations. Wasn't pushy, which I loved, but explained the importance of each services which allowed me to decide what to prioritize on my list in order. I love the gentleman at the front desk (sorry, I cannot remember his name). However, he was amazing and very knowledgeable and accommodating. Thank you J.J.'s staff. You all Rock!!!

Polite, friendly. Recommended a VERY expensive fix before offering a lower-priced option (after a lot of back-and-forth). If I had the time, I would have taken it to another shop for a second opinion.
