Efficient, exceptionally clean shop, with an owner who takes the time to walk you back and show you the issues with your vehicle and explain the work needed in layman's terms. The costs are average market costs, but what you're getting in service on top and the environment far exceeds any shop in the DMV!!

In my opinion, JJ's is one of the best auto service centers around. They do great work and they're very fair in their pricing. Their customer service is top notch!!! 5-Stars all the way around. They replaced our CVT Transmission on our Subaru Ascent, if I'm being honest, the car actually runs better than it did before with the previous transmission. It has smoother shifting quicker pick up and just runs really nice!! 100% satisfied!!!!

It's nothing like going somewhere and knowing that they're gonna do you right I had a good feeling that it was gonna happen but I wasn't sure and I gotta give credit to the mechanics at JJ's. I was blessed enough to come across JJ's. I think his name is Jeffrey And it's another guy. I'm not sure of his name but he has the coolest hairdo I've ever seen anyway I just needed some small service and they actually really gave great service. Can't forget about the lady at the desk. Always polite and actually cares about her customers.My last two days of my life have been really tough and the guy with the hairdo blessed me completely and I'm so thankful that I met him and I'm so thankful that I went to JJ's and I actually will always go to JJ's if I have any problems with my car and I also recommend that anybody that sees this message goes to JJ because it's definitely worth it. Trust me they do awesome work and they about their business so trust me when I tell you go to JJ's.

Fantastic service for my car and courteous, caring service for me, the customer. That's a combination you don't get at other garages. They go the extra mile for you (no pun intended!). One customer's car couldn't be finished that same day and she need to go to NJ that evening, so J.J. helped her obtain a rental and brought it to the garage for her. That was so impressively kind.

I loved the service and the staff. Justin made sure the communication was always ongoing to keep me informed of my vehicles status. They even were able to extend my loner vehicle for free once they found out the parts for my car weren't going to be in when they expected. I would definitely recommend J.J.'s.
