Do I Need To Make An Appointment?
No, but we highly recommend it for same-day service. However, you do NOT need to make an appointment to drop the vehicle off.
Do You Perform Maryland State Inspections?
Yes, we are a Certified Inspection Station. Call ahead and schedule an appointment today!
Do You Have After-Hours Drop-Off/Pick-Up?
Yes, we offer a 24/7 drop-off/pick-up service. For after-hours drop-off, simply place your key in a filled out envelope and drop it in the 24/7 Box. For after-hours pick-up, your key will be securely locked and a code will be sent to you.
Do You Have Loaner Cars Available?
No, we do not provide loaner cars at this time.
Do You Provide Rideshare Services?
Yes, Members receive this service at a reduced fee within 5 miles of our facility.
Do You Have A Nationwide Warranty For Your Repairs?
Yes, we have a Nationwide Warranty that covers repairs when you are travelling. We are a NAPA AutoCare Facility and we provide a 36 month/36k mile warranty for Members, and a 12 month/12k mile warranty for non-members.
Do You Provide Vehicle Service Contracts?
Yes! Vehicle Service Contracts are available and vary based on the vehicle's year, make and model. Ask our staff for more information.
Do You Buy Unwanted Cars?
Yes! We buy vehicles, even if they're not running.
Do You Have Military Discounts?
Yes! Military personnel receive 5% OFF Labor. We appreciate your service to our country! (non-members only; Members already enjoy an abundance of discounts:-)
