Great Customer Service and Customer Care. They keep you informed about their findings and take their time explaining their recommendations. Only 4 stars because of the above good qualities they are very busy and turn around time is longer than I'd prefer but they have assistance for that as well. I was pleasantly surprised that they offered to arrange an Uber for me if I needed to get somewhere. I'm pretty certain there is a mileage limit but another great feature. So far the workmanship has been fine. It's my first time using their service and I got my car back about a week ago. They came highly recommended by other customers.

Their attention to detail is what really impressed me and they showed me exactly what I needed to see as far as my rotary and Brake situation. The repair was a little pricey but you can't put a price tag on high quality work and insurance that when you leave you and leaving with a better running vehicle.

Took in a vehicle the dealer recommended a completely new radio (over $1k). JUs was able to find and diagnose the heart of the issue which was a part stemming from a new battery swap out by someone else that led to other dash lights coming on and radio going out. Great communication as always.

Every time I have brought my vehicle into this shop, ever staff member is friendly, they walk you through their process of repairing your car, and they do not price gouge you! I always feel comfortable (as a woman) bring my vehicle to them and trusting that the work will be done right the first time!

I appreciate the customer service. They are not only helpful but explain in detail and will work to help you understand the the inner working and/or problem. Thank you for the attention to detail given and I'm glad I chose that day to bring my car in for an oil change. Who knows what would have happened had I waited and not found out about "the problem" until it was too late. Thank you. I'll def be back......for an oil change when ready. TP

The staff are very professional and also pleasant to work with from the front desk to the back where the mechanics work. I love how they actually bring you to the back and show you what needs to be done or parts that need repair so that you can actually see it and verify instead just believing what they tell you. I had some major repair work where my vehicle had to be towed to the shop and they made sure that if I needed a ride home they were prepared to do it or if I needed a loaner vehicle because they kept my vehicle for more than a overnight. Thru still currently have my vehicle in their possession while I'm typing this. Will update final comments.

Quick turnaround on fixing my car. The towing ftom another service took longer. Professional and friendly staff. Bonus was a clean waiting room with drinks and snacks. Although it did not matter given how quick my car was repaired and i was sent on my way.

Fixed an unintentional but ill-installed battery that caused a slew of dash lights and radio to go out. Found, troubleshooted and resolved the root problem and I was good to go :)
