Will definitely refer a friend. The establishment is clean, accomodating to working on personal business while waiting. It provides wireless internet access, clean restroom, and complimentary water and coffee. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable. The front desk clerk clearly explains the services you've been charged or the anticipated costs for the service. The noted highlight which i appreciate is the repair technicians will email/text you a video recording of potential or immediate issues they have discovered as part of their explanation of required work. This is great in terms of the establishment being transparent in what they have diagnosed. This was my first official visit and it exceeded my expectations especially for a vehicle repair shop.

JJ's is the only place I trust with my car service needs. It is so nice to have finally found a shop where I don't worry about getting ripped off! If you're not already a customer, give them a chance. The shop is clean, the employees are competent and friendly, the prices are fair. They explain everything to me in ways that I can understand. I never trying to upsell.

My experience with all of the employees was great in person. They are very friendly and professional, especially Justin who was assigned to my car the first time I brought it there. However, the length of time they've had my car each time was frustrating but to be fair I'm not sure if that was due to my warranty company or J.J.'s.

Came in for a diagnostic on my engine and they guys were very welcoming , and helpful in figuring out the problem. Staff was considerate of time and let me know of my options. Only thing I would say is that communication can be crisper in regards to keeping customers updated at every step.

While traveling from Florida I had a mishap with my car, causing tire, rim, and undercarriage damage. JJ's ordered the necessary parts and did a quality repair job. My family in the area will continue to use this excellent facility.
