I needed suspension work done on my GL450 Benz and it came out to be more than I expected but the team at JJ's was able to work with me and even provided me with alternative payment options. Needless to say I'm back on the road and they even called to check if everything was running correctly. I have to go back for a possible adjustment but over all I would definitely recommend this spot if you want professional service on your vehicle. Thanks JJ 🙏

First time at this shop, found them online saw they had 5-star rating so I checked them out. Came in for a vibration problem on my steering and heard a weird noise. I would definitely recommend this shop to people, techs are very clean and knowledgeable about what is going on. And they do thorough checks on your vehicle. This is now my shop after the first visit.

This place always gets my car back in top working order if not better. My only suggestion would be for them to include some kind of progress reporting through the app that way customers can know play by play progress of the vehicles maintenance or any other work being done on the same vehicles. Should include pictures videos Etc

Again, the spectacular, superior customer, I just am in love with these folks. Unbelievable people in this shop. I come in, didn't have an appointment. People look at me like I a celebrity. I am treated with love and they educate me as they are informing and showing me on the shop floor, with my car up in the air. They went over all of the issues. Created a project plan with prices. I didn't plan on returning to the shop so soon. I had a tire sensor replaced on 9/2, and I'm back again on 9/16 for the other tire. In reading up on the tire sensors, it said once you replace one, the others will require changing. As always, I was extremely happy with the quality of their diagnosis and repair. I am impressed with their explanation and customer service. JJ's is a phenomenal car repair shop! My husband and I love this place the service is top tier and everyone has superb customer service Joe, Jayden and Amanda are great! And they went over and beyond to make sure my husband and I were taken care of!! Not going anywhere else !
